You can find out the status of your order by logging into your Sohotree account and clicking on My Account > My Orders.

If you do not have a Sohotree account, simply send us an e-mail and we will send you the current status of your order.

We currently only ship to Switzerland. But this will change soon. Stay tuned!

Send us an e-mail to hello@sohotree.ch and we will change your delivery address. Of course, this is only possible before your order has been handed over to the post office.

You must be over 18 years old and resident in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Furthermore, this payment option is only offered for orders to Switzerland.

When purchasing on account, we carry out a check after the order has been placed. This check may be negative for various reasons, such as creditworthiness, contradictory information or unpaid invoices.

The invoice must be paid within 15 days of receipt of the e-mail. Payment is made by e-banking. Third-party costs will be charged for payments at the post office counter.

If the invoice is paid late, Sohotree will charge a reminder fee of CHF 20 for the 2nd reminder and CHF 30 for the 3rd reminder.

If the invoice has already been paid, a corresponding credit note will be issued via bank transfer.

The purchase by invoice can only be carried out with the indication of the private address.

To register a return, send our support team an e-mail with your order number and we will send you a returns label. Now simply pack the products well and take them to the nearest post office. To ensure efficient returns processing and to cover the costs of postal returns, we charge a fee of CHF 8 for return shipping.

You can return the products up to 30 days after receiving the order.

Our products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. Please do not try to stuff your Sohotree products or put things inside that do not belong. If you put in more cards than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the seams and other materials.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear or if you change your mind.

The Sohotree guarantee is in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.

To make a warranty claim, send our support team an email with the details of your order and a description of the fault or damage. Including photos of a defect will help speed up the claims process.

Yes, the use of sustainable materials is at the heart of what we do. That's why we use the vegan and ecological ApplePeel, which is made from the by-product of apple juice production in Italy.

South Tyrol is the apple mecca of Europe. With 60 million apple trees, the area covers more than 25,000 football pitches. Thanks to this fact, a large number of apples can be found in a relatively small area. Various apple juice producers are also located in the surrounding area, which means that transportation routes for the collection can be kept short.

The apple leather is then produced in Florence. This means that the transportation of the apple remnants is shorter and therefore more environmentally friendly. With a Swiss company, the apple remnants would travel "twice", as they would be sent from Switzerland to Italy and then back again. We are keen to minimize the environmentally harmful transport routes as much as possible.

Yes, our packaging consists of at least 90% recycled material.
