This privacy policy clarifies the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of visitor and user data by BINOVA AG (Sohotree) as the data controller under data protection law. Personal data

Personal data is used for the processing of orders, delivery of goods, provision of services and the processing of payments (in the case of purchase on account also for necessary accounting and customer record checks) and is stored, processed and updated by BINOVA AG (Sohotree). When contacting Sohotree (via contact form or e-mail), the user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise. Collection of access data

BINOVA AG (Sohotree) collects data about every access to the online offer (so-called log files).
